Ray Perkins

With over 20 years in the private sector, Ray has had vast and varied experience of the multitude of problems and challenges faced by SME's.

Being Group Services Director for Mail Marketing International, the MM Group and most recently, Formpro MM, he has initiated and managed change in many varying environments, from call centres to warehouses and from sales departments to finance teams.

Ray has been involved in major HR and Facilities projects including:

    Establishing a 250 seat call centre in the South West and a 225 seat call centre in Belfast
    Managing the roll out of all encompassing “people program” in a 1,200 employee organisation
    Overseeing the disposal of a 5 acre factory site in central Bristol and the building and staffing of a 100,000 office and factory complex in South Bristol
    Responsibility for HR strategy during major company mergers

    The closure of operation centres and the parting company with the associated workforce


Sam Chapman

A CIPD qualified HR professional, Sam has a vast range of experience varying from agencies to manufacturing plants, being the focal point for numerous HR initiatives.

Her practical management skills combine with her high-level organisational ability to release the full potential of diverse workforces and people programmes.

With over 11 years of practical HR experience, Sam has well developed communication skills which allow her to identify with all the aspects of the HR spectrum. Having the ability to get the best from all levels, from boardroom to factory floor - her aim is to nurture an environment of enthusiasm and co-operation rather than suspicion and confrontation.

Sam's key achievements cover all levels of HR management:

    Successful roll-out and accreditation of the Investors In People Programme
    Design and roll-out of Performance Management Systems
    Introduction of a Graduate Assessment centre for The Walt Disney Company
    65% reduction of sickness absence in a large Bristol production facility
    Draft, design and implement "Diversity at Work" policy in line with ACAS

 


Dorothy Brandwood

A CIPD qualified HR professional, Dorothy specialises in Occupational Psychology and has extensive experience in the assessment of individuals, from Senior Management level to Administrative personnel. Over the past 14 years, she has worked for many prestigious clients in a wide variety of business areas.

Dorothy has also worked as an Associate Consultant for Saville & Holdsworth Ltd for a number of years, and was recently awarded SHL Partner status, recognising her as a world-class provider of HR consultancy services that deliver relevant and tangible results.

Some of Dorothy's recent major projects have included:

    Designing and delivering several senior level Assessment Centres for Orange plc
    Designing and implementing an Assessment Centre for several medical practices seeking to amalgamate five local practices and restructure the senior GP Partner/management positions

    Creating an Assessment Centre for Customer Service staff for Buckingham County Council

    Training for HR Practitioners working towards their level A, B and level 3 qualifications

    Recruitment & Selection of Customer Service & Sales personnel and the assessment of Call Centre staff
